    Italian Sausage

    Quick meal recipe. Italian sausage links 2 medium onions 1 Green pepper 1 large can of Furmano’s crushed tomatoes

    Cook sausage and onions. Then add green pepper after sausage is cooked. add a 1/2 cup of water. Stir. Then add can of Furmano’s, heat through. Add crushed red pepper (if you want spicey)

    Salad Dressing

    This is my Mom’s recipe with one change (where noted). I use one of those salad dressing bottle/shakers.

    1/2 cup of cider vinegar 2 tsps of parsley 2 tsps of oregano 2 tsps of basil 2 tsps of garlic powder (* note I add 1 additional, as I like garlic) Shake or stir add Vegetable […]

    Broiled Salmon

    Quick meal:

    1-2 lbs of Salmon fillets cut into 2-3 inch wide sections Sprinkle Kosher Salt Sprinkle Garlic Salt Sprinkle Pepper

    Broil 8-10 inches from burner for 8 mins, check then cook for additional 4 mins.
